Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 1 oz bourbon (inexpensive i.e. Lonehand, Makers, Elijah Craig)
• 1 oz Sazerac rye
• 3 – 4 dashes Angostura bitters
• ¼ oz simple syrup

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
2. Stir until well chilled
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
