Paper Plane

Ingredients

• 1 oz bourbon
• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz Amaro Nonino

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
2. Shake ingredients to chill and mix
3. Strain into a glass
4. Garnish with a lemon peel twist
