Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz Averna amaro
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 – 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1. Pre-chill a martini glass while you prepare the cocktail
2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
3. Stir until well chilled
4. Strain into the glass
5. Garnish with an Amarena cherry

Notes

• Alternate glassware: coupe glass

Ingredients

• 1 oz bourbon
• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz Amaro Nonino

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
2. Shake ingredients to chill and mix
3. Strain into a glass
4. Garnish with a lemon peel twist

Notes

• Sugar rim the glass (optional)

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• ¾ oz Cointreau
• 1 oz lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
2. Shake ingredients to chill and mix
3. Strain into a glass
4. Garnish with a lemon peel twist

Notes

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• ¾ oz coconut liquor
• ¾ oz lemon simple syrup
• ¾ oz Campari (sinker)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
2. Shake ingredients to chill and mix
3. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube

Notes

• For the lemon simple syrup, put the simple syrup in a cup and zest lemon peel into it. Let it sit for a bit.
• Do not add Campari to shaker with the other ingredients.
• When straining contents into a glass, double strain it.
• After pouring the other ingredients into the glass, slowly pour the Campari onto a spoon near the surface of the drink so it gently enters the drink and slowly settles to the bottom. You should get red towards the bottom and clear/white towards the top.

Ingredients

• 1 oz maple liquor
• 1 oz vodka
• 2 tsp oz maple syrup
• 1 oz soda water

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
2. Stir until well chilled
3. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube

Ingredients

• 3 oz anejo tequila
• ¼ - 1/2 oz. Agave syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 – 2 dashes orange bitters

3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
4. Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry

Notes

• Use an Amerena cherry and orange peel on a skewer as the garnish

Ingredients

• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 2 – 3 dashes Reagan’s orange bitters

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
2. Stir until well chilled
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
4. Garnish with an Amerena or Luxardo Cherry

• 1 oz Sapling Maple liquor
• 2 – 3 dashes vanilla bitters

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice

4. Garnish with 4 – 5 blueberries on skewers

• 2 oz Sazerac rye
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 3 – 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 1 – 2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
2. Stir until well chilled
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
4. Garnish with a lemon peel

Notes

• Prepare glass in advance by taking a small amount of Absinthe and coating the inside of a rocks glass. Pour out any extra absinthe left in the glass.
• Fold the lemon peel garnish (skin side towards drink) over drink to mist drink with lemon oils, then rub the glass rim with lemon peel before dropping it into the glass as a garnish (on or off a skewer).

• 2 – 3 dashes black walnut bitters
