Ingredients
- 3 oz anejo tequila
- ¼ - 1/2 oz. Agave syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 – 2 dashes orange bitters
Method: Stirred
Glass: Rocks
Ice: Large Cube
Garnish: Orange Peel, Cherry
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
- Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry
Notes
- Use an Amerena cherry and orange peel on a skewer as the garnish
